Attached is the clover care addendum.
Please Keep in Mind:
- Clover Care is not available for Clover on CardPointe Integrated Terminal devices
- Clover Care can only be added to devices once they ship from FDHS
- Devices must be owned/purchased - not leased
- If a device that has Clover Care is re-provisioned, the protection plan will not carry over
- If a merchant has multiple devices, each device must carry its own plan to be valid
- Currently, Clover Care is not available for re-provisioned Clover Mini, Flex or Station devices
